Enjoy street food tasting at the local market. Afterward, let's take a nice short walk to the Independence Monument which is beautifully lit up at night. Nearby, you will also find the bronze statue of the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk, regarded as the national hero who led Cambodia to independence from France.
