We start by arriving at Hua Hin's 100 year old Chatchai Market to learn about the ingredients and experience the frenetic atmosphere of Thai fresh food markets!

We shall head to the cooking school! On arrival, let's relax with a cool lemongrass tea! Learn & participate in creating your own coconut cream & milk. Let's have some fun!

Dish 1 - After a discussion about the dish, a demonstration dish is cooked by your chef instructor for you to taste. Then, it's your turn to cook your own. Once you are happy with it, sit down to enjoy at the big communal table while it's fresh & hot!
